try really hard to change. In my experience that doesn’t work so well anyway for many women. Fertility Breathwork helps you achieve a more loving and optimistic state as a natural result of doing the work. Truly, it is a powerful modality that will change your journey from the very first session, just like it changed mine. This is not a simple breathwork practice of breathing in slowly and breathing out. While those are wonderful practices, they are not as strong as we are requiring in our fertility journey. We want to accelerate our inner healing, so we use a steady circular breath that allows integration of intense emotion to gently but powerfully transform in each session.
