Hi there! My name is Rachel and I am a Fertility Coach, Fertility Breathwork Teacher and a first time mom in my 40’s! I got pregnant naturally with a pre-conception plan that we used to prepare our bodies to get back into their natural fertile state, and trouble shooting with diet and supplements to target known issues that we found through testing. I am here to help you do the same and give you the information you need to propel you forward on this journey. Even if you will need some sort of intervention, like IUI or IVF, following a comprehensive program will prepare your body for success. And it’s 100% possible to turn around anything in your health and fertility that is getting in the way of your desire for a baby. For most of us, infertility is a temporary state of imbalance and with the right testing, supplements, diet and mental and emotional support, we can help our bodies get back to what it wants to be able to do, conceive! It might not be easy, but you can do it with the right information, guidance, patience and support.

The path to becoming a mother is tricky for many women and it takes us on a journey we never would have signed up for. But every road we go down is an inner path that can lead us to greater receptivity and awakening if we are brave enough to answer the call.

The call to motherhood is no different and for many of us requires strength and courage to continue to follow the path. You don’t need to do it alone. We all need help along the way and I have created an amazing program for you that supports your natural fertility, egg quality, AND your emotional wellbeing- because this path can bring us to the lowest place in our minds and emotions, and you need a way to navigate it and bring yourself out of the darkness. There can be light at the end of the journey! If you are reading this, your desire for a child is strong and the path to conception has already begun. Trust it. Trust in yourself that you will find the answers and start believing in your body.
